HERE HOW IT'S GOING TO WORK! Everyone who registers for the SWING 90X RHYTHMJUICE CHALLENGE will be sent a 90-Day Access Code to RhythmJuice.com on Sun. 2/26, 12:00p. Once you're logged into RhythmJuice.com, you will receive an invite to join our EXCLUSIVE Swing 90x Forum page. On the forum page, you will find your first instructional videos with Dax and Sarah. These weekly lesson videos will include exercises in Solo Jazz Movement, Fundamental Partnering/Body Matching Techniques and Social Dance Applications.
You must watch the videos, practice the exercises on your own, then TURN IN YOUR HOMEWORK by filming yourselves (and/or friends) demonstrating mastery of the weekly exercises. All Homework Videos must be uploaded to the Swing 90x Forum page by Fri. 3/2, 12:00p. Dax and Sarah will watch these videos and give online feedback by Sun. 3/4, 12:00p. Then the process repeats...NEW Lesson Videos on Sunday, Practice all week long, Homework submitted by Friday, Online Feedback by Sunday!
If you need additional HANDS-ON HELP with the weekly exercises on the lesson videos or with the filming of your Homework videos, then we highly encourage you to take our supplementary weekly RHYTHMJUICE REVIEW CLASSES with Meeshi and Liz. In the review classes, we will spend about 15-20 minutes reviewing and practicing the exercises in each of the lesson videos and then film ourselves doing them as a class. Since we will be filming ourselves during class, there is no need for you to submit a Homework video...we do the Homework for you! Review classes take place on Thursdays from 7:45-8:45p starting Thurs. 3/1. $60 for 10 classes.
